Only been twice both both times we’ve found what we were looking for and more, along with a huge variety of everything cat and dog (our dog’s new favorite plush toy from here is holding up awesome!) and friendly, very knowledgeable staff who greeted us when we entered and checked in with us to see if we needed any help while shopping. We will have to take advantage of the self groom/bathe station at some point.

Love it here. Always interesting products and good sales ,clean and well stocked. What stands out most is the staff - Steph and Lily especially, are always on the floor stocking or grooming whenever I come in, but happy to answer my questions too, always knowledgeable about the products and pet questions on general. Always happy to come here , A+
