Everytime we go to the East Providence store, no matter who is working, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. In 5 years I have yet to expereince anything else. They are wonderful!

Absolutely love this pet store! They have such a great selection of supplies and the staff really knows their stuff. Plus, the puppies they have for adoption melt my heart every time I visit!

Nothing has changed now that Oliver is turning 10 months old. When I tell Oliver the word “Bath” he just perks up! He knows he gets to see Rachael again and bath- time. In a way I’m jealous of this little guy! The care and attention of this place is comforting for my Oliver! Thank you to the Managment & ownership It just keeps us coming back! This next message was written a few months ago:: I absolutely love this place for Oliver’s bath needs. It very clean and accommodating to its customers. There is a standout person ( Rachael). She has captured Oliver’s heart. She is the finest dog lover - caretaker or anything else that I can find the words to describe. When you have your sweet loving little puppy they are beside themselves. The place is strange for a 5- month old Mini- Golden-Doodle. However this is Oliver’s 2nd visit with Rachael, it’s like he was looking for her this time! Rachel we hope you are reading this message, because it was meant for say, “You Are Simply The Best “ as the Song goes! Next time I visit, I promise to bring you flowers! Thank you for caring for me!
